Our standard fee is 15% of the booking revenue. Additional services like pool maintenance, lawn care or restocking supplies are available upon request for an extra charge.

No, the cleaning fee is paid by the guest and goes directly to the cleaners. It is separate from our management fee.

Yes! You remain the property owner and can block off dates for personal use whenever you’d like.

We coordinate necessary repairs with trusted professionals. Small issues are resolved quickly; for larger repairs, we always contact you for approval first.

We collect the rental income and provide you with a detailed monthly statement. Payouts are then issued to you by a designated date each month.

Yes, professional photography and optimized listing descriptions are included in our onboarding services.
